These terms apply to the use of the Auto DM website and, where relevant, to the purchase of vehicles from Auto DM ([PLACEHOLDER — legal form], NIF [PLACEHOLDER — insert NIF]), Rua 25 de Abril, Porta 43B, 2710-678 Sintra (Cabriz).
Website use
Content on this site (including prices, stock, photos, and financing examples) is for information only and may change without notice. We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee that every listing is always complete or up to date until confirmed in writing or in a signed sales agreement.
Vehicle offers and contracts
A listing is an invitation to treat, not a binding offer. A purchase is concluded only when Auto DM and the buyer agree the terms in a sales contract, including price, vehicle identification, warranty, and delivery.
Financing examples
Any monthly payment figures shown on the site are illustrative estimates based on example parameters. They are not a credit offer. Final financing depends on approval by the finance partner and the contract you sign with them.
Warranty and returns
Warranty duration and cover are described on the Warranty page and in the documents supplied with the vehicle. Any return or cooling-off rights apply only as stated for that sale and under applicable Portuguese law.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Auto DM is not liable for indirect losses arising solely from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under Portuguese consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent Portuguese courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer forum rules.
